Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What sizes will fit the multi-size version?
A: The multi-size cart will fit any size from soprano to baritone.Q: Not all soprano ukuleles are the same size. How can I tell if our soprano ukes will fit into the Soprano Ukulele Rack?
A: While most models do fit, we encourage you to double check the body depth. Please either check the manufacturer’s stated dimensions for body depth, or if you have one of the ukuleles on hand, measure its body depth. To fit into the soprano rack, the body depth must be less than 2-3/8″. If the body depth of your instrument is greater than 2-3/8″, then it will fit in our Multi-size Ukulele Racks (BRUM18 or BRUM30).For Kala KA-15S soprano ukuleles, use the multi-size version.
Q: Is it easy to move the cart around in the classroom?
A: Yes, the shelves are equipped with lockable wheels, making it easy to move around for optimal classroom arrangement. The wheels ensure both smooth mobility and stable placement when locked.Q: How does the rack protect the instruments from damage?
A: Each slot in the rack is lined with soft cushioning or felt, providing a protective layer that guards against scratches and damage. This ensures your ukuleles remain in excellent condition even with regular use.Q: How easy is the rack to assemble?
A: We provide clear illustrated instructions and all necessary hardware, making it easy for music educators or facility staff to put together the rack without needing specialized tools.Q: Do you accept orders for custom sized racks?

I absolutely love this rack. It stores all my ukuleles and was very easy to assemble. I sent some pictures to the company with how pleased I was. PLUS they were shipped SO quickly which was amazing! My music room flooded in February and it was so nice to get the carts I ordered in a timely manner so that my move back in was a breeze.
